This policy explains which data the TradeMatic operator processes when providing the website and Telegram bot for automated spot trading on MEXC. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to trade-matic.ru, the TradeMatic Telegram bot, subscriptions, payment invoices and trading-automation features. Third-party services, including Telegram, MEXC and blockchain providers, operate under their own privacy terms.
2. Data we process
- Telegram data: numeric ID, username and information Telegram sends to the bot;
- TradeMatic settings: selected trading pair, amounts, percentages, delays, activation status and other parameters;
- MEXC API credentials entered by the user for account reading and spot trading;
- order and trade data needed to run the selected strategy and calculate statistics;
- subscription and payment-invoice data: status, term, amount, address and USDT BEP20 transfer details;
- support messages and technical data, including IP address, request time, errors and security logs.
TradeMatic does not ask for your MEXC password, wallet seed phrase or private keys. A MEXC API key does not need, and must not have, withdrawal permission.
3. How we use data
Data is used to register users in the bot, apply user-selected trading settings, communicate with the MEXC API, manage subscriptions, verify payments, display aggregate statistics, provide support, diagnose faults, prevent abuse and protect the service.
4. Automated execution
TradeMatic automatically submits trading commands to MEXC according to the user's parameters. This is the core service function, not automated credit scoring or personality profiling. Users can stop the bot and change settings using the service controls.
5. Legal grounds
Depending on applicable law, processing is carried out to provide the requested service and perform the user agreement, based on consent, to comply with legal obligations and to protect the security and reliable operation of TradeMatic.
6. Data recipients
TradeMatic relies on Telegram, the MEXC API, BNB Smart Chain nodes and explorers, server infrastructure, a database and technical providers. They receive only the data needed for their respective functions. TradeMatic does not sell personal data or publish personal user lists; public statistics are aggregate only.
7. Public blockchain
USDT BEP20 transfers are recorded on a public blockchain. Addresses, amounts, timestamps and transaction hashes may be visible to anyone and cannot be removed from the blockchain by the TradeMatic operator.
8. Retention
Data is kept while the account and relevant service function are in use, and then for as long as reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, payment records, backups and legal compliance. Different categories may have different retention periods. Removal from backups may be delayed, but backup data is not used in ordinary operations.
9. Security
Access is limited to service processes and an authorized administrator. Technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Users must protect their Telegram account and MEXC API keys, avoid sharing them, and replace keys immediately if compromise is suspected.
10. Cookies and website requests
The public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The web server may keep standard request logs, and loading a resource or following an external link may provide technical data to the relevant third-party provider.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, an explanation, object to processing or withdraw previously given consent. Some information may be retained where required by law, security, dispute resolution or the technical nature of a public blockchain.
12. International processing
Telegram, MEXC and other providers may process data in other countries. By using the service, you understand that data-protection standards can differ between jurisdictions.
13. Minors
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 or the minimum age required to trade and enter agreements in their country. If a minor's data was provided without a proper legal basis, contact support.
14. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. A new version will be published on this page with its update date. Continued use after publication means that you have reviewed the revised policy.
